Notification bodies are not allowed to provide consultation services, due the international laws. They are responsible to evaluate the product design if it matches with the regulation’s requirements. ProdActive’s services can provide to the manufacturers the required solutions to fulfill the regulations’ requirements and proceed with the necessary actions until to achieve getting the certification. Additionally, it can support the revisions of the certification in cooperation with the notification body.

Another provided service for our customers is the inspection services. Our experts can visit their suppliers and check their order product specs, quality, volume and packing before the delivery. In this way, our customers will be protected from suppliers’ mistakes, fact that usually results cost for them. The inspection services suggested to be provided to our customers until their supplier have enough experience to deliver without issues.
